The cliffs between there and Praia do Amado are amazing from so many viewpoints.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3017\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3017\" style=\"width: investigate Praia do Amoreira and looking for a good picnic spot for lunch.\u00a0 There were a few more surfers on this beach and plenty more pulling on wetsuits and heading down the dunes to the beach.\u00a0 We were intrigued to see so many different nationalities gathered in one spot; there were cars from Andorra, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and some hire cars full of German and English surfers.\u00a0 There were very few shops in the area and those that were there, all seemed to be surf shops.\u00a0 As one sticker said, \u201cAll I do is surf\u201d\u2026\u2026..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3018\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3018\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" Praia de Monte Cl\u00e9rigo.\u00a0 We also had a good view of a campervan with a very flat tyre.\u00a0 Rodney asked if help was needed, but the Dutch surfy dude said he was fine, though he was still working on it when we left half an hour later.\u00a0 I hope he got going before dark, although as we pointed out, he couldn\u2019t have broken down in a more beautiful Praia da Arrifana, but with the wind still blowing and knowing the sea was cold, we just enjoyed looking at the surf today.\u00a0 We know that there were lots more beautiful beaches tucked in to more breaks in the cliffs, but not knowing if they were \u2018barreling\u2019 or a \u2018right hand break\u2019, whether the wind was in the correct direction, or did we need a high or low tide, we chose to do what we know best.\u00a0 We drove to Aljezur and ate an ice cream before checking into Camping Serr\u00e3o for the night.\u00a0 Tonight we\u2019ll dream of buying surfboards, strapping them on Eileen\u2019s roof and joining the \u2018in crowd&#8217;\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3020\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3020\" style=\"width:
