Unlike other countries of the world, in Vietnam the minority of vehicles, after scooters, motor bikes, taxis and buses, are cars. And it seems the majority of those cars are large four-wheel drive vehicles. On Monday morning, all we wanted was a minibus to take us to the Mekong Delta, the Nine Dragon River Delta.
