Yesterday ended badly.….  I perfected a very creative and tricky manoeuvre of getting off the bed, by getting my foot caught in the top sheet and diving shoulder first to the floor, jamming myself between the wardrobe and the fridge.  It resulted in another addition to my personal injuries list and a very sore left shoulder and
